An evening watching the sun set, the moon rise, and finish under the stars. Full of wellness, connection, sauna and breathwork to celebrate the arrival of autumn!
We will start the evening with a group outdoor meditation with me, Ylva (or under cover if raining), followed by rounds of sauna, cold plunge or shower, breathwork and mindful movement the sacred trilogy to get you feeling amazing!
End the evening with a bowl of nourishing soup by the fire.
Please note this is an outdoor event, a dressing gown or dry robe is ideal to throw on for in between rounds.
2.5 hr event includes ginger shot and soup.
