An extended 75 minute gentle yoga flow, followed by a long rest (savasana) accompanied by the beautiful and relaxing sound of singing bowls and other sound healing instruments.
Taking time to honour the Equinox to rest and reset, whilst soaking in the views over the gorgeous Wiltshire countryside with its first signs of Autumn. 🍂

Our session perfectly finishes in time for a sauna session at 5pm, this is booked separately and directly with the sauna, and spaces are limited. Book on now to avoid disappointment as there are currently only 4 spaces left ❤️
