Channel your inner naturalist and get ready for an evening walk full of exploration, discovery, and celebration of the autumnal equinox! Join IslandWood, in partnership with King County, on the Brightwater trails as we search for and learn about the signs of fall.
Adult participation is expected. We want families to learn and work together as this event is open to all ages! Be prepared for a 90 minute walk, with some optional detours off the trail. Our main trails accommodate strollers and wheelchairs.
Please wear sturdy walking shoes, a rain jacket, and binoculars/field guides if desired.
