The Autumn Equinox is a turning point, a balance point, a gateway into an entirely new energy of renewal and repose. The trees are starting to move their energy back down into their roots, storing the sap and life-force at their core. The body, filled with the lightness and brightness of summer, is still invigorated, but yearns for nurturing and rest.
Join us for a dynamic exploration of Kundalini Yoga and free-form embodied movement, with breathwork and meditation. As we clear and awaken our energetic systems, we create balance in the body-mind and spirit.

About your Guides:
Lydia is passionate about integrating the ‘inner landscape’ and ‘outer landscape’ through earth-based spirituality and Kundalini embodiment practices. She works to facilitate the awakening of kundalini energies through sacred embodiment and somatic practices. Lydia holds a Master’s in Education and a B.A. in Dance Education. She is a Reiki 2 Practitioner, Kundalini Reiki practitioner as well as a certified Permaculture Designer. She facilities women's circles, ecstatic dance, and ceremonial cacao circles at her homestead "Church Farm" in Westport, MA.
Rev. Julie (Devi Namdass Kaur) is an ordained interfaith minister and certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor with KRI and RYT® 200 with Yoga Alliance. Julie is an instructor of trauma informed Kundalini Yoga to people with mixed health conditions and Post Traumatic Stress (PTS). In addition to teaching Kundalini Yoga, Julie also enjoys teaching Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Julie is committed to connecting with the elements to bring forth the ancient healing properties of Mother Earth when she approaches teaching and healing. Julie is Co-Founder & President of the Current Healing Arts., Inc.
