A beautiful balance of online teaching and in person movement; all culminating in your own private healing with horses session with our incredible Herd.
The Herd and I have been co-creating this Bundle for two years! We cannot wait to introduce you to a gentle and supportive way of being with your Self.

For Centuries humans have partnered with Horses, 2026 is the year of the Fire Horse and this work that I have been doing for years makes the most sense ever!
From my own personal experience to the growing science that surrounds and articulates just how these beautiful beings bring healing and wellness to the humans who choose them, let's explore!
Whatever you find yourself moving through this Winter there is room for you to be held and supported in the Herd.
Together we will learn and share, move and find stillness, and all of it will build our wellness toolbox, all of it will bring us deeper into our truth!

Winter Wellness Bundle
6 Week Equine Guided Schedule
Call 1 Tues. February 3 - Zoom @ 6:30-8:00pm
Move 1 Mon. February 9 - In studio @ 7:00-8:30pm
Call 2 Tues. February 17 - Zoom @ 6:30-8:00pm
Move 2 Wed. February 25 - In studio @ 7:00-8:30pm
*Private Sessions will be booked February 25 - March 15, 2025
*Private sessions will run 90 minutes minimum
*This Bundle will only be available to 6-8 women on this first running.
*There is also a possibility to patriciate in the entire program virtually - ask me about your options.
*A wrap up call will be booked after all of the Private Sessions are completed.
