In this 5-hour, Eagala Model–inspired workshop, you’ll explore hands-on, on-the-ground activities with horses designed to help you:
- Build self-awareness and emotional resilience
- Enhance communication skills
- Foster trust, presence, and authentic connection
- Gain clarity and take actionable steps forward in your personal or professional life
No riding is involved. All exercises take place on the ground in a safe, supportive environment.
Your Facilitators:
Monika Burra – Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience in transformational work
Isha Justyna Kostek – Equine specialist with over 20 years of experience in horse-human connection and experiential learning
Together, Monika and Isha bring a rich blend of therapeutic insight and equine wisdom to create a unique space for exploration, growth, and meaningful change.

What to Bring:
- Comfortable, closed-toe shoes
