In partnership with horses, you can learn about mindfulness, authenticity, and compassion. Science has shown that when humans offer their hearts to horses, their heartbeats synchronize. You develop a close and intimate connection with the horse based on trust and respect. Horses are teachers of life skills and they lift us up no matter the challenges we face.
Expressive arts offer a way to connect to your authentic self and and a range of emotions including joy, passion, anger, and sadness. Experience a felt sense of freedom and emotional release in Splash, an abstract painting workshop that includes mindfulness and prompts to facilitate your creative expression.
Led by certified and experienced facilitators, our workshops are designed to integrate with one another, each providing a unique lens of self-discovery.

“I learned so much from... the horses. That was one of the most powerful things I have ever experienced”.
“One way this program impacts my commitment to recovery is the intense feeling of community. I’ve been in touch with people after the program, and they’re all sober people, so it encourages me to stay sober.”
