Join us for a transformative day of self-discovery, creativity, and connection at our Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) and Painting Workshop. This retreat is designed to help you tune into your intuition, express your voice, and build confidence in a supportive, nature-filled environment.
What to Expect:
- Equine Assisted Learning: Begin the day with an immersive session where you'll connect with horses, practice mindfulness, and engage in exercises that foster self-awareness and confidence.
- Walking Meditation: Continue your journey with a peaceful walking meditation, grounding yourself in the natural surroundings.
- Creative Expression: Tap into your artistic side with a guided painting session that encourages you to create from your heart, without judgment or expectation.
- Reflection: Conclude the day with a time for sharing and reflection, integrating your experiences and insights.
Schedule:
-10:00am: Arrival and Welcome
-10:15am: EAL Session
-11:00am: Walking Meditation
-11:30am: Snack Break
-11:45am: Painting Session
-1:40pm: Sharing and Reflection
-2:00pm: End of Retreat
What to Bring:
-Your favorite painting supplies (if you have them)
-Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes
-Something that makes you feel confident and beautiful (aprons will be provided)
-A water bottle, sunscreen, bug spray, and a chair
-Snacks to keep you energized (we’ll provide a snack on arrival)
We will be painting with acrylics, and all painting supplies will be provided
Parking:
Please double park your vehicle in the farmyard upon arrival.
