Join us for a peaceful, mind-body-centered experience that blends gentle outdoor yoga with the grounding presence of horses. This 60-minute EquiMind session invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect—within and all around you.
What to Expect:
• Slow, breath-focused movement suitable for all levels
• Gentle grounding and presence practices in nature
• Ground-based interaction with horses at liberty—free to move and respond naturally
• A supportive, trauma-sensitive space designed for calm, connection, and reflection
Horses, as naturally mindful beings, help us deepen awareness, calm the nervous system, and return to the present moment. Paired with the mindful flow of yoga, this session invites you to realign body, mind, and spirit.

No horse or yoga experience required
All activities are ground-based—no riding involved
