David Sheerin and Kylie Roddy will be leading our Saturday night masterclass this year, featuring the European 3* Cup team. The week after Equestival they will be heading off to Belgium with the team, and we thought, why not put them through their paces in front of an audience just before they do so!The Saturday night masterclass will showcase a team of six squad riders performing a dressage test. This demonstration will focus on how the riders work together, getting the best out of their horses while also functioning as a team. Viewers will gain vital insights into the journey behind producing these horses, with plenty of takeaways that can be applied in their own training. This unique test focuses on teamwork, the riders' positions, and how they manage dressing, ensuring that pace is consistent across the team.
This evening will offer an engaging and informative experience for both riders and the audience, with a chance to learn about the importance of straightness, quality of canter, and proper angles. For those looking to take their riding to the next level, there will also be opportunities to book into additional sessions such as team tests, military-style riding, and clinics, providing a fun-filled weekend for all.
