OPEN TO ALL Sessions are individual/private coaching.
Riders will be expected to warm up and familarise themselves in the arena whilst Abby observes their riding and captures key moments on video.
One or more EQ bands will be fitted and the rider will be coached in them and videoed again.
The end of the session will be spent off the horse reviewing the video and discussing the plans for the rider going forward.
All videos are data protected and is shared with the individual rider exclusively.
Riders are welcome to bring their own ipad or friend to video if they wish.
