We will be holding a traditional singing school at the Laurel Theater over several Saturday mornings this fall. This will be an offering of Jubilee Community Arts's Laurel Folk School and held at the Laurel Theater, 1538 Laurel Ave, Knoxville, TN 37916, with the exception of the Nov. 15 session. Experienced singers and new singers will benefit and have a good time.
Two of the sessions take the place of our usual 3rd-Saturday Epworth practice singing. One of the sessions will be at a retirement home (Shannondale of Maryville, 805 Shannondale Way, Maryville, TN 37803) to provide the class with an opportunity for community service and an audience. Some dates are skipped due to UT football home game days.
