ATTENDING MASS DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON

Carols and Music begins approximately 15 minutes before Mass.

Registration is required to attend the following Masses:

• Fri. Dec. 24, 2021 Christmas Eve: 5:00pm (livestreamed), 7:00pm, 9:00pm & 11:00pm

• Sat. Dec. 25, 2021 Christmas Day: 8:00am, 9:30am, 11:00am (livestreamed) &12:30pm

• Sun. Dec. 26, 2021 Feast of the Holy Family: 8:00am (livestreamed), 9:30am, 11:00am &12:30pm

• Fri. Dec. 31, 2021 Vigil of Mary, Mother of God: 5:00pm (livestreamed)

• Sat. Jan. 1, 2022 Feast of the Mary, Mother of God: 8:00am, 9:30am, 11:00am &12:30pm

• Sun. Jan. 2, 2022 Epiphany of Our Lord at 8:00am (livestream), 9:30am, 11:00am &12:30pm


REGISTRATION PROCESS

Registration will open on Wednesday, Dec. 1st at 8am and closes on Wednesday, Dec. 15th at 4pm.

• Indicate the number of tickets you require (blue box). You will all be seated together.

Note:

  • To make sure everyone has equal opportunity to come to Mass, only registrer for one Mass per day. No double booking.
  • Registration is for seating in the church and parish hall.
  • Plan to come early as reserved seats will be released 15 minutes prior to Mass.

GUIDELINES FOR ATTENDING MASS

Ministers of Hospitality are here to welcome you to church. They have been trained to follow Public Health rules and keep our parishioners safe. They will assist in ushering everyone to their seats to ensure physical distancing.

- Doors open 30 minutes before Mass

- Use of the elevator and washroom is available

RECEIVING HOLY COMMUNIION

- Follow directions from the Ministers of Hospitality

- Keep a physical distance while in line waiting for your turn to receive communion

- Remain six feet from the Minister of Holy Communion

- To receive the Eucharist: The Minister of Communion will say "The Body of Christ" and you will reply "Amen" with your mask on, approach the Minister of Communion keeping your hand as flat as possible (not cupped); Receive the Eucharist and move aside, remove your mask, consume the Eucharist, replace your mask, then quietly return to your pew

- To receive a blessing: please cross your arms and receive the blessing from that spot, then quietly return to your pew

Note: Communion on the tongue – we cannot receive communion on the tongue at this time.

COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOL

It is mandatory to wear a mask that covers your nose, mouth and chin at all times within the church. Physical distancing is observed. Hand sanitizers are available at all entrances of the church.

These measures are in place to make sure that we are able to come together safely as a parish community to celebrate the Eucharist. The safety of everyone coming to church is our main priority.

Please do not enter the church if:

o You have fever

o Feel ill

o Are awaiting a COVID-19 test result

o Have been in contact with a COVID-19 positive individual over the last two weeks

o Have been in contact with an individual who has been out of the province over the past two weeks.
