EVENT SCHEDULE: 

5:30 PM: Welcome Reception
Guests are greeted with a glass of wine as they mingle. A brief introduction to the evening’s agenda and the upcoming Portugal to Belgium trip.

6:00 PM:  Sommelier’s Welcome
Emily Slawski presents an overview of the wine regions we’ll explore on the trip, with a focus on the unique flavors and histories of Portugal to French wines.

6:30 PM: Tasting Session
A curated selection of Waterford wines that guests might enjoy on the trip, paired with exquisite charcuterie and cigars. Michael from Copperfields will discuss the pairing notes with Emily.

7:00 PM: Trip Presentation
A detailed presentation of the Portugal to Belgium voyage aboard Atlas Ocean Voyages, highlighting the luxurious experiences and exclusive offers

7:30 PM: Networking & Booking Incentives
An opportunity for guests to network, ask questions, and book their trip with special incentives for attendees.

8:00 PM: Closing Remarks
Thanking guests for their attendance and inviting them to join us on this once-in-a-lifetime journey.
