NOTE: All ceremonies will be live-streamed to www.epiccharterschools.org and facebook.com/epiccharterschools.Registration will go live in March. Graduates can select the ceremony they want to attend when registering. There will be a limit of 600 graduates per ceremony, so it is best to register sooner rather than later to ensure you can attend the ceremony of your choice.
Guests will not need tickets and there will not be a limit on the number of guests each graduate may invite to attend.
We will share additional information with all prospective graduates prior to registration going live.
Important: All seniors will be allowed to participate in these ceremonies, but only seniors who complete their graduation requirements will be issued a diploma. It is important for every senior to understand they must complete their requirements to earn their high school diploma.
Cap & Gown Information
The class of 2024 caps and gowns will be the new style that debuted for the Class of 2023 featuring Epic’s mascot the Comet. The gowns are navy blue with a gold and navy stole. The caps include a blue and gold tassel.
Online ordering for the Class of 2024 graduation regalia is live through the Herff Jones website at epicgrad.com.
Graduates have two options for ordering:
SHIP TO HOME: Order online before April 12 and your cap & gown will be sent directly to your home for $62.50 plus tax (8.625%). This includes shipping & handling. Guarantees the ability to get the exact size and group pricing for 2-3 week home delivery.
CEREMONY PICK-UP: Order online after April 12 or purchase at graduation, the price is $65.00 plus tax.
