EPIC Days allow EPIC students* to visit the museum and participate in an educational activity using your student’s Learning Fund! Join us at the museum to explore the form and function of the skeletal system, complete a scavenger hunt and complete a hands-on class. Students must have one adult chaperone present throughout the class. Registration closes one (1) week prior to the event.
Wednesday, December 18 | 2 PM – 3 PM
Animal CSI – Recommended Ages: 11 and up
Read the bones to discover the story written in them. Students will be introduced to the world of forensic science and learn how to identify pathologies (evidence of trauma and disease) found on a variety of animal bones.
