EO Vancouver Island: Valentine’s Cooking Evening with Dan Hayes at Sea Cider
Warm up Valentine’s week with an unforgettable night of food, connection, and conversation. Join EO Vancouver Island on Wednesday, February 12 for a hands-on cooking experience with Dan Hayes—The London Chef—hosted at the beautiful Sea Cider Farm & Ciderhouse in Saanichton.
This special edition is designed for members and spouses/partners. Think date night meets mastermind: you’ll cook, taste, and toast together while swapping stories with fellow entrepreneurs in a relaxed, candlelit setting. Dan will lead us through a seasonal, West Coast-inspired menu—showcasing technique, plating, and flavour balance—while Sea Cider pairs each course with curated pours that elevate the experience.
