This hands-on EOS People Workshop is designed for business owners and leadership teams who want clarity and confidence around building the right team. You will learn practical ways to identify great people for your unique organization and ensure you have the right people in the right seats.
This is not a sit-and-listen session. You will work through real tools and examples you can immediately apply in your business. You will leave with clear takeaways, fresh perspective, and actionable tools you can put to work right away.
Whether you are brand new to EOS or already running your business on EOS, you will walk away with new insights, practical tips, and a stronger understanding of how people drive results.
There will also be time to connect with other business owners and leaders in the room. Expect great conversation, shared learning, and meaningful connections within the local business community.
