Larchmere Arts is pleased to present the artistry of Alsie D. Clay in an exhibition of Afrofuturistic work - Envisioning a Black Future.This event is an artist talk and opening reception.
Alsie Clay is a multi-talented artist working in a variety of media. She is a designer of clothing for VIDA, (Google,) Zazzle, and designs product lines for other internet based companies. She is the owner of Artisans' Treasure, Studio of Exquisite Designs, Jewelry, and Healing through the Creative Arts Symposia, in Euclid, Ohio.
Her background includes three years of postgraduate training in Gestalt methodology, as well as, earning her Master of Arts, in Diversity Management Psychology, and certification as a Diversity Professional.
This specialized background has enhanced and enriched her ability to offer a wide variety of services to those who are interested in creating meaningful art. As a Teaching Artist, Alsie has written and utilized syllabuses designed specifically to support the possibility of neuroplasticity for her students, through learning a new skill over time.
Alsie assists people of different walks of life, ages, and abilities, to tap into their creativity in order to design their own special art treasures. Her individualized HALO, (Healing Art Loving Oneness,) sessions are made available to special needs clients, as well as, others such as home schooled children, and seniors.
