About this Event
The Cultural Compact invites artists and organisations from across Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole, to join us for three illuminating and energising workshop sessions across the conurbation this Autumn.
Facilitated by Sian Alexander (Independent consultant, trustee of Julie’s Bicycle and former Executive Director of various producing theatres across the UK), we aim to inspire and provoke constructive dialogue about creating culture in a changing climate.
Session 2: Reducing our own climate impacts
@ Poole Lighthouse
Thursday 13th November, 2-5pm
Special Inspiration Speaker: Rachael Duthie, Theatre Green Book
What can we do differently to minimise our enviornmental impact?
What help and guidance is there for us?
How can we connect and support each other?
These workshops are free-to-access and in addition we’ll be able to pay five freelancers £40 to attend each workshop. See here for more details: https://forms.gle/N5ngE1rDjoTHez26A.
Each event will empower attendees to connect with others and feel more confident dealing with climate-crisis-related issues as a result.
