"A systems perspective on intangibles"
We propose a combined analysis of the theory of complex systems of Luhmann, and of the social cycle of the intangible according to Mattessich. By revealing relationships of scale and levels, the combination of perspectives illuminates the conditions of existence of intangible assets and obligations.
