About the Speakers

Paddy Tan
Paddy is a business and technical strategist armed with over 15 years of experience helping companies propel to a greater height. His love for technology is rivalled only by his passion for business. Being a serial entrepreneur and investor, Paddy dissects a challenge into pieces and formulate solutions from various perspectives. He also advises business leaders on strategic planning and positioning, helping them increase profitability and pivot their business to gain a competitive advantage in their respective industries.

Jeslin Bay
Jeslin Bay, the Group CEO of BlackStorm Consulting, stands as a trailblazer in Southeast Asia's business consultancy realm. A seasoned business scaler, she possesses a multifaceted expertise encompassing business partnerships, human resources, market-entry strategies, and business structuring. With a deep understanding of human behaviour and business dynamics, she offers unparalleled insights to startups aiming to scale in Southeast Asia. Jeslin's mentorship roles globally underscore her commitment to nurturing emerging businesses.

Andrew Crombie
Andrew has over 30 years of experience building Asia's favourite brands across many and diverse categories. He is known for creating strategies that attract loyal customers. Most recently, he led the creation of TiNDLE, Singapore's first plant-based unicorn to go from zero to nearly $1 billion value in under two years. With extensive experience, Andrew takes a holistic approach to each brand. He shares his expertise by teaching brand strategy at Asia's top business schools and is backed by Singapore's Enterprise Development Grant program.

Doris De Souza
Doris, a respected consultant, has achieved Partner Accreditation from the esteemed Institute of Training and Occupational Learning (UK), renowned for expertise in Learning and Development. As a certified ITOL Train-the-Trainer partner in Singapore, Doris assesses and accredits individual and organizational training to meet international benchmarks. As an Organization Development consultant, Doris offers guidance and coaching across the employee life cycle. Through integrating case studies and actionable strategies, she delivers substantive value to clients.
