The goal is to make this a productive, comfortable heart-centered relationship-building event. Not another networking event where you mill around, feeling awkward trying to make your "pitch" to hopefully secure some future business. You should be comfortable, know what is coming, and be surrounded by other business owners who want a community to lift each other up. If (and when) more business comes from it, great! 1. Welcome & Introduction (10 Minutes): Warm welcome and overview of the process, especially for newcomers. We'll share our purpose and values to ensure everyone feels comfortable and aligned.
2. Connection Kickstart (10 Minutes): Break into smaller groups for a fun activity to get to know each other and "break the ice."
3. Roundtable Rally (10 Minutes): Reassemble into a large group to discuss “You know how… What I do… What is working?”
4. Strategy Sprint (15 Minutes): Return to small groups to brainstorm and help each other amplify what's working or solve current challenges. Sort of like a mini-mastermind session.
5. Insight Spotlight (5 Minutes): A representative from each small group shares the top takeaway with the larger group.
6. Connect & Collaborate & 80-Twenty Tour (10 Minutes): Open networking, exchange contacts, and explore the 80-Twenty Studios.
