ABOUT ENTREPRENEURS MEETING:
Imagine a group of entrepreneurs working together to learn how to apply servant leadership within their business. While entrepreneurs may be well versed at running their organization while also being a servant leader, they may face challenges in how to apply servant leadership within their organization. At the Entrepreneur Service Group, we consolidate the discussion around how business owners can increase the servant leadership culture within their organization while running their business more effectively.
Our meeting topics include moving management and personnel interaction away from controlling activities and toward a synergistic relationship. Our goal is to help our business owner members increase their knowledge and skills by developing servant leadership environments to promote innovation, empower employees, and assure the well-being of those around them.
