Entrepreneurs’ Bootcamp 2

The Pacific Asian Center for Entrepreneurship (PACE) is pleased to offer free Entrepreneurs’ Bootcamps in conjunction with the 2025 UH Venture Competition (UHVC), generously sponsored by American Savings Bank. These rigorous, half-day workshops provide instruction in the lean startup methodology to help students develop their business model.

Event details:
Take your business idea to the next level with Entrepreneurs’ Bootcamp 2! This workshop will dive deeper into the key financial and strategic components of a successful startup. Learn how to refine your revenue model and optimize your cash flow. Topics will include revenue streams, cash flow, EBITDA, sustainable growth, and the cash conversion cycle.

Pre-Bootcamp Homework:
To get the most out of Bootcamp 2, please watch the following free, short Udacity videos before attending:

  • Lesson 7: Channels
  • Lesson 8: Customer Relationships
  • Lesson 9: Revenue Model
  • Lesson 10: Partners
  • Lesson 11: Resources, Activities, & Costs

PACE encourages all aspiring entrepreneurs, including those in the early idea phase, to attend. Bootcamps are open to all UH students, faculty, staff, and community members—whether or not they are participating in the UHVC.

About the UH Venture Competition:
Since its launch in 2000, the UH Venture Competition (formerly the UH Business Plan Competition) has become one of the most exciting and highly anticipated events in the University of Hawai‘i’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. This semester-long, experiential program provides hands-on education, mentorship, and resources to students and faculty interested in learning what it takes to become an entrepreneur and launch a business venture.
