Entrepreneurial Ecosystem and Placemaking Workshop

Please attend a special fall workshop focused on the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem and Placemaking in Wood, Portage and Marathon counties.

This workshop will follow a methodology called Strategic Doing. “Strategic Doing” focuses on enabling collaborative action among groups to address complex challenges. Unlike traditional strategic planning, which often involves long-term, rigid planning processes, strategic doing is more agile and adaptive.

The expectations of participating in this workshop are as follows:

• Come with an open mind.
• Be well rested to do some good, but challenging work throughout the day.
• Be prepared to stay involved following the workshop, with the expectation of about one hour of work each month for the months ahead.
