BREG maintains the State’s business registry for corporations, general and limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships, limited liability limited partnerships, limited liability companies, and cooperatives conducting business activities in the State. The registry also contains filings for trade names, trademarks service marks, and publicity rights. BREG is responsible for ministerial business registration, processing, and maintenance of business registration documents for public access. Kahala Vinoya is the Business Registration Specialist for BREG and will share valuable information for entrepreneurs looking to start or maintain their business registration!
