Entrance 5Rhythms is NOW AT MARRICKVILLE TOWN HALL! Come along for our first dance back in community to christen our new home, after too long away.

April 26th we move into our new EnTrance 5rhythms venue. It's way bigger, so we have room to expand and grow. We'll be settling in to wonderful new adventures diving deeply into as the map of Gabrielle Roth's powerful 5Rhythms practice.
These conscious dance nights are a perfect chance to give yourself the gift of presence. Powerful somatic tools support your inner work, as we move what is true, dying to ourselves over and over until finally we land in the blessed realisation of who we really are and what's truly ours.

Every dance gives us an opportunity to enter a doorway to the ineffable. We meet our true nature, come up against resistance, and in the end, we move the way we move. There is no way of getting it wrong. No experience is necessary, and if you don't know anyone in the community, by the end of the night you'll have a whole new family.
EnTrance is a class with two parts.
We have a short yet kickarse warm up to shake out the cobwebs, then I'll teach a chunk of material to give you some structure and awesome tools to work with for the back end of the class.
Then, now we've let go a few layers, we move into the 2 hour trance wave.
Trance allows us to hypnotise ourselves, tracking into the deep wilds of our psyches and instincts, becoming fascinated with the ways we habitually move through life. There is time to explore these shapes, to set our intentions, to kiss those parts of ourselves that no longer serve us, thank them and let them fall.
In these dances we have the opportunity to spend time with our deeper calling. To find our unique offering and bring our gifts more fully into the world, in service. To listen for guidance from the only true guru, our own wisening heart. To mine the lessons for blessings. And to follow our own dancing footprints along the path life carves out for us, so we can be brighter, stronger, more tender and alive for those around us.
With respect and gratitude to the Wangal and Gadigal people of the Eora Nation. We dance on stolen ground and yet are continually held by this land as we do our work. Thank you to its original inhabitants. Let us dance lightly on this earth.
Dance for our time in these bodies, for those who cannot.
Dance for those closest to us and those furthest away.
Dance for our teachers, our sisters and brothers, our lovers and enemies, because there is no difference in the dance.
Dance for the planet, for the oceans and rivers, for the forests and her creatures.
Dance for breath, for our time in these bodies, for the glorious weather of our emotions.
Dance for passion and creativity. For inspiration.
Dance to let go, over and over, dying to ourselves, moment to moment.
Dance to learn and unlearn, to forget and remember.
Dance into the mystery, into rebirth, into right timing.
Dance wild, messy, unruly, unkempt.
Dance our perfect precision, filigree structure, our blueprint, our True Name.
Dance because we all bleed red, we have hearts that beat and in the end, sometimes dance is all we have left.
And when we have danced even that, let us disappear into the Great Dance.
Dance it all, together.
Because together we are more.
