Meeting Information
Full conference registration includes a Friday evening mixer, plenary session, regular talks and poster session, lunches, a Saturday banquet, and coffee breaks.
Earlybird registration ends on September 20th. Online registration ends on September 27th.

Abstracts Submission Guidelines
Deadline: September 20th.
Once you've registered, a clear and concise title and abstract of no more than 200 words should be emailed to .
Please indicate if you would like to give a talk or poster, or have no preference.
Talks (Student and Regular) are limited to 12 minutes (plus 3 minutes for questions).
Posters should be 3' by 4' in either portrait or landscape orientation.
If you are a student and would like to be considered for best talk or poster award. Information on how the presentations are adjuticated can be found .
Travel Awards
Assistance to access the ESO meeting will be given to select students demonstrating need and who are presenting. Please find more information about this process . Submissions are due by September 20th.
