From Referral to Reality: Housing Access in Kent County
Join us for a collaborative conversation about housing options currently available in Kent County—and, importantly, where gaps continue to exist. As many of us are seeing in our day-to-day work, limited housing availability is creating real barriers for individuals and families across systems. This meeting is intended to bring partners together to share what we’re seeing on the ground, identify current resources, and name areas where options are limited or nonexistent.
This session is ideal for service providers, advocates, and community leaders committed to transforming how we guide individuals toward housing solutions through shared knowledge, coordination, and honest conversations about what’s available.
Knowledge is power - learning about what resources exist and understanding how best to get your participants to a resource can expedite the connection process and help ease the burden of overcoming barriers.
