What else does the Programme Offer?

Initial Review and Assessment

Over the course of the programme, we’ll support you in a comprehensive review of your overall business performance. We use a diagnostic tool designed to allow SMEs to gain a snapshot of the current state of their business with a view to overcoming obstacles and barriers to growth, identifying new opportunities for development, and ways to increase sustainable performance. Following this in-depth analysis, a facilitated review is offered by one of our business advisors to share the results and identify new areas for growth.

Registration

When you register, you will be booked on to both workshops, and need to attend both days, to enable you to gain the most benefit from the programme.
