? What We’re About
Ethical non-monogamy is an umbrella term for relationships in which all partners have the knowledge and consent of everyone involved. It includes Polyamory, swinging, and many other forms.
A discussion-focused space for people who are:
- Practicing or curious about ethical non-monogamy or polyamory
- Seeking to share experiences, exchange perspectives, and learn from others
- Interested in building community based on honesty, respect, and communication
? What We’re Not About
To keep our space safe and comfortable for everyone:
- This group is not a dating or hookup space
- It’s not for seeking casual sex, FWB, or partners
- Conversations and interactions should remain respectful, and consent-based

We’re grateful to Resto Végo for allowing us to use their space each month. To show our appreciation and ensure we can continue meeting there, please:

You’ll find us on the lower level of Resto Végo, to the right side near the coolers and restroom area. Look for the signage with the ENM Montreal logo.
? At our monthly meetings, on the first Saturday of the month, we make every effort to ensure that the atmosphere remains pleasant and respectful. In any personal interactions with follow group members, please ensure you have clear consent and respect each other’s limits, including if/when consent is withdrawn. It can be challenging for some to assert their boundaries and we should look out for each other. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. ?
