I'm offering a morning workshop, aiming for the next new moon. It will involve opening with a Cacao ceremony dropping from the mind into our hearts, followed by a meditation to invoke your senses ✨️.The morning will flow by then creating an Aura mist using essential oils, intention, all whilst sharing our voices & sipping herbal teas lovingly picked from my garden.
With it being tied with the new moon, this can be as introspective as you like, we will read the energy of the room & of course I'd love to share some Sekhem energy with you all, with the addition of some beautiful sound frequencies from Amy & her crystal singing bowls & a little movement before we close the circle.
In a nutshell carving time for connection whilst basking in high vibe botanical bliss.
