Event Overview
Conscous Nona is hosting this event, facilitated by our Non-Profit Board of Directors and local Wellness Experts. Our monthly teen meet-up aims to foster self-awareness and support authentic expression and connection. Participants will learn holistic tools to manage stress and anxiety while enhancing intuition, confidence, and emotional intelligence.
Target Audience: Teens aged 16-21 (others close in age who are mature enough are welcome).
Schedule: Monthly, held usually on the second or third friday. 6-9:30pm
Cost: Donation of $5.55 (Will be supported by potential sponsorships and grants as we grow).

- Wellness Workshops: Each month focuses on different themes related to body, mind, or spirit.
