Come join us for an Enlightened Teen Night that's all about unleashing your inner power! We’re trading in screen time for real-life skills and a killer workout at Martial Arts Nation.
This isn't just about kicks and punches—it’s a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) experience designed to help you:

- Time: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Where to Meet: LNPC Community Hub (This is our starting point!)
Your Power-Up Night Agenda:
- 6:00 PM: Check-in and a full-body warm-up at the LNPC Community Hub. Get those muscles ready!
- 6:45 PM: Quick walk over to Martial Arts Nation.
- 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM: 1-Hour Immersive BJJ Workshop! You’ll be guided by experts through the art and skill of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
- 8:15 PM - 9:00 PM: Back at the LNPC Lobby to chill, refuel with a healthy meal, and connect with your fellow awesome peers.

Program Overview Conscious Nona is hosting this event, facilitated by our Non-Profit Board of Directors and local Wellness Experts. Our monthly teen meet-up aims to foster self-awareness and support authentic expression and connection. Participants will learn holistic tools to manage stress and anxiety while enhancing intuition, body connection, confidence, and emotional intelligence.
Target Audience: Teens aged 16-21 (younger teens close in age who are mature enough are welcome).
