Get ready to cool off and chill out the body! Join us for a unique Enlightened Teen Night where we’ll explore the benefits of breathing and the power of cold therapy!
In this special event, we’re teaming up with Shannon Rollins to guide teens through an interactive evening of mind body connection and resilience building.
Event Details for August:
-Breathwork: Guided by Shannon Rollins, teens will learn techniques to manage stress and anxiety through a breathwork immersion with silent disco headphones
-Cold Therapy: Guided by Cait Rainey, teens will learn about the power of ice plunging and the adaptive, anti-inflammatory benefits it offers the body.
-Organic Dinner & Connection Time
Location: This Month will be held at a member of our teen night's private residence. Please register with a proper email so we can connect and send arrival details on the day before the event.

Program Overview Conscious Nona is hosting this event, facilitated by our Non-Profit Board of Directors and local Wellness Experts. Our monthly teen meet-up aims to foster self-awareness and support authentic expression and connection. Participants will learn holistic tools to manage stress and anxiety while enhancing intuition, body connection, confidence, and emotional intelligence.
Target Audience: Teens aged 16-21 (younger teens close in age who are mature enough are welcome).
