About this Event
In this class brought to you by CalFresh Healthy Living and Nevada County Public Health, we will explore how added sugar, found in most packaged foods, contributes to poor health and disease. Learn how to reduce added sugars in your diet, how to use food labels and ingredient list to identify added sugars, and make healthy treats at home. Class includes a recipe and tasting. This will be an in-person class.
