Enhancing the Visitor Experience presented by the JCVB

In preparation for Super Bowl, the JCVB is hosting a hospitality workshop November 21st: ‘Enhancing the Visitor Experience’ with professional coach and trainer Carrie Wright. A former trainer for Chick Fil A, Carrie incorporates practical and tactical tips and tricks for providing exceptional service, assessing, and addressing culture, and the foundations of creating remarkable experiences. With a decade leading Chick-fil-A hiring, training and leadership development, as well as being Certified by the College of Disney Knowledge, Carrie brings real-world experience and expertise to this training. This workshop will help bolster your team’s customer service and communication skills thereby creating a fun and respectful environment for the employees and patrons alike.
