In Enhanced Leadership Strength Training, you'll learn to use the temperament & character framework and the self-feedback tool for accountability as well as continue to practice decision-making. This is the foundation for leadership.

Contrary to common belief, leaders are not born, they are built. Leadership strength is not temperament, it is character. There's no such thing as a born leader. Leadership isn't a genetic trait. Leadership is for the many, not the few...

Every person has a temperament (born with) and character (built over time). It’s the fundamental reason why every person can be a strong leader if they have a desire as well as resources like this training to make building character and becoming an authentic leader possible.

The format is 8, bi-weekly (one 4-hour, one 3-hour, and then six 2-hour) small group sessions on the first and third Fridays of each month from February to May and June to September focused on building one tool you can take with you and use to improve your condition.

This program is for successful leaders that want to build leadership strength and a committed community.

The main obstacle to creating a committed community is simply a lack of strength, which creates trust & connection.

The hard truth - you have to grow personally, not just focus on growing your business while you remain unchanged. The same goes for using better and better technology or processes and not growing as a person at the same time. Since your temperament comes from nature and is part of your biology your default is to lead with it instead of your character. Learn how to change it.

Authentic leaders started by being good first.

Leadership is character. The greatest leaders have the greatest character. Character connects and is authentic.
