OVERVIEW
This course provides you with current and relevant skills preparing you for or enhancing existing employment in the Hospitality Industry.
You may be an international student or domestic student wishing to prepare for work, or simply an individual wishing to gain basic skills to enter the Hospitality industry.
This course will cover basic food and beverage service skills, three plate carry, tray service, sequence of service, wine pouring, personal presentation, customer service and job seeking guidance. You will participate in practical activities and service simulation preparing you for job readiness.
LOCATION Level 3, 601 Bourke St, Melbourne.
COURSE DURATION
One 4 -hour session face to face.
