On Saturday September 18, Alderman Stephanie D. Coleman and the Southside Cultural Foundation will host the inaugural Englewood Music Fest! The Englewood Music Fest will be held in partnership with DL3 Realty, Englewood Square Mall, The Greater Englewood Community Development Corporation (GECDC),and several community organizations. Together, we will celebrate “Englewood Excellence” -- its past, present and future. The event will feature live music, local vendors, back-to-school programming and prizes, an e-sports tournament, and more!The day-long event will be free to the public and start at 12 noon on Halsted near 63rd Street. It will feature local and nationally renowned musical artists, food, retail and service vendors, an e-sports and gaming pavilion, health awareness and screenings, school supplies, youth activities and a senior pavilion.
