Never has it been more difficult to recruit the people required to survive and grow. But its not just about recruitment. It’s also about retention. After spending significant time and sometimes significant money on recruitment, retaining skilled engineers is also becoming a considerable challenge. Skills displacement is a growing worry for many SMEs.
But there are short, medium and long-term actions that manufacturers and engineers can take to ease the recruitment burden.
This event will provide tangible and concrete examples from engineers on how to approach, tackle and manage the recruitment and retention of people.
