It's aimed at business leaders and managers who are looking to introduce a culture of change within the business. If you want to engage your workforce to look for opportunities to ‘do things better’ and deliver process improvements that benefit your business, this session is for you.
Event timings
The event has been timed to ensure minimum time away from the workplace, arriving from 8:30am with breakfast rolls, fruit, pastries and refreshments availabl. The workshop will start at 9am and finish at 11am.
