What can you do to get your people on board when it comes to delivering change? And why is this essential?
About this Event

Without engagement, change loses momentum… and may grind to a halt. Different stakeholders may need different things in order to support and deliver an initiative, and so we will be exploring:

  • Who are the stakeholders and what do they need?
  • What tends to engage (and disengage) people?
  • How can you turn ‘resistance’ into motivation?
  • What tools can you use to plan and keep people on board?

By attending this interactive session, you will have the opportunity to discuss challenges and solutions with other HR/OD/L&D professionals and take away practical tools to help you in the future.
