Engaging in Lean

The Scottish Manufacturing Advisory Service (SMAS) is pleased to invite you to this exercise-based workshop.

Through the workshop, you’ll discover the easiest way to engage with your people to start to make improvements to the way work is done, and how these fits within the wider philosophy of lean.

With simulation, we’ll detail the tools and techniques of Lean, as well as taking you through the change process and emphasise how best to achieve sustainable change in your business.

The workshop will be fast paced to ensure minimum time away from the workplace, starting at 09:30am with refreshments and finishing promptly at 12:30 pm. There will then be an optional lunch to give the opportunity to network.

This event is free of charge with limited places, so book early to avoid disappointment.
