Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice that invites your whole system into a state of deep rest and repair- supporting the body’s natural ability to restore balance, ease tension, and shift emotional or energetic blocks.
From a neuroscience perspective, Reiki helps guide the nervous system out of fight-or-flight and into the parasympathetic state- the place where healing, digestion, and regeneration can unfold. It’s here that brain patterns begin to reorganise, breath slows, and the body feels safe enough to truly let go.
There’s no effort required. You simply lie down, fully clothed, and receive. Through light touch or hands hovering just above the body, Reiki intuitively works where it's needed- releasing emotional tension, dissolving energetic stagnation, and easing mental fatigue.
