Step into an evening of soothing sound and gentle energetic renewal.
Join Certified Reiki Master and Sound Practitioner Felicia Holden for a restorative crystal bowl sound bath designed to support deep relaxation and inner balance. You’ll be surrounded by the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, a gong, and other energy-infused instruments, all selected to promote rest and energetic cleansing.
The evening will begin with a guided meditation. You’ll rest comfortably on thick yoga mats with cozy blankets, pillows, and bolsters. Wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring anything else that helps you relax. Afterward if you like, enjoy a calming cup of tea or feel free to leave and relax. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early, as doors will close on time.
