Our chakra work aims to help you reconnect with your inner self, making you more aware of your needs and desires. Over the course of 10 sessions, each aligned with a specific chakra, you will explore aspects of your roots, wishes, strengths, hope, dream life, spirituality, fears and abundance.
The act of painting empowers you to express yourself and your desires, strengths, dreams, and more nonverbally and vividly. No prior experience is needed. You will unleash your artistic spirit in a fun and interactive way, guided by skilled instructor, Laila Seidel, a professional visual artist from Germany and Reiki practicioner. Under her advice, you will channel your emotions onto the canvas, creating beautiful abstract paintings that serve as visual representations of your personal journey.
Incorporating stretching and breathing exercises, each session not only nurtures your artistic abilities but also contributes to your physical and mental wellbeing. It's a holistic approach to self-care.
We work in a small, private group setting, a safe space to share and grow.
