This workshop is designed for those with some experience in energy-based practices such as tantra, meditation, mindfulness, yoga, healing or previous Energy & Frequency workshops.
Welcome into a Living Energy Field
Energy & Frequency 5 invites you into a space where energy can move freely and where contact between people can unfold intuitively and organically. This is not only about sensing energy, but about entering a dynamic relational field where you can give, receive, mirror and be mirrored without fixed roles or expectations.
All exercises in this workshop are practiced fully clothed. The work is grounded in presence, awareness and respect for individual boundaries.
We begin with guided grounding to help you land in your body and open your breath. From here, we enter a shared energetic field where contact arises naturally and shifts form moment by moment. You are invited to sense energy without defining yourself as a giver or receiver, and instead allow your nervous system and intuition to guide the interaction.
Safety, Consent & Boundaries
Safety, trust and nervous system regulation are central to this workshop. All exercises are practiced fully clothed. Physical contact is always optional and based on clear, mutual consent. You are never expected to touch or be touched.
Participants are encouraged to listen to their body and clearly express yes, no or maybe. Consent is ongoing, and you may change your mind, pause, step back or observe at any time. All boundaries are respected without explanation.
The facilitator supports a field of awareness and care throughout the workshop. This work is not about pushing limits, but about choice, presence and embodied integrity.

- A safe, alive and deeply present space
- Moving freely between holding and being held, guided by mutual agreement
- A guided mirroring process in three stages, exploring sensation, resonance and mutual support
- Partner exercises and 3-person or larger constellations opening new layers of energetic mirroring

- Space for stillness, movement, intuitive contact and slow energetic exchange
- A closing integration meditation allowing everything to settle into the body
This workshop gives you the chance to feel how energy changes quality when you step out of performance and fixed roles. You are invited to step forward when something calls — and step back when silence invites.
