This energetic healing meditation invites you to explore the sensation of flowing consciousness and energy. It will guide you into a space of a deeply grounded and anchored state where the conscious mind and physical body are realized as one beautiful presence. Through this state our profound healing and letting go of old wounds can occur with grace and ease. It is the alignment of the soul and body temple which so many of us experience as a fractured bond. Breathe into the deep grounding this offers. *You may bring a mat/blanket/cushion if you like-there will be a few available for use.
